Skill Emphasis: Focus on technique and speed during the Barbell Snatch, while maintaining intensity during the Burpees over the Bar.


Instructions: Perform 20 seconds of Barbell Snatch, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Then, immediately transition into 20 seconds of Burpees over the Bar, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed for each movement.
