Skill: Handstand Push-ups


Instructions:
Complete the Tabata rowing intervals, aiming for max effort each round. After completing the rowing intervals, work on handstand push-ups for 5 minutes, focusing on technique and efficiency. If unable to perform handstand push-ups, practice handstand holds against the wall.


Notes:
This workout is designed to improve both cardiovascular endurance and upper body pushing strength. Make sure to maintain proper form throughout the handstand push-up practice to prevent injury.
