Tabata Weightlifting Resistance Band

Tabata:
- Resistance Band Pull-Aparts
- Tabata Weightlifting (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):
- Power Snatches
- Overhead Squats


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible during each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving to the next exercise.
- Alternate between Power Snatches and Overhead Squats for the Tabata Weightlifting portion.
- Score is total reps completed for each exercise.
