Tabata Strength Stationary Bike

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of:
- 20 seconds of max effort on the stationary bike
- 10 seconds of rest


Strength Portion:
- 5 rounds for quality:
- 10 back squats
- 10 strict pull-ups


Stationary Bike Resistance: Moderate to high
Back Squat Weight: Choose a challenging weight that allows you to complete all reps with good form
Time Cap: None


Notes: Focus on pushing yourself to the max during the Tabata intervals and then maintain good form and control during the strength portion. Adjust weights and resistance as needed to challenge yourself.
