  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort Rowing
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength Component:


  • 5 rounds for time:
    • 10 Deadlifts (#225 / #155)
    • 10 Handstand Push-ups

Instructions:
- Complete the Tabata rowing intervals before moving on to the strength component.
- Rest as needed between the Tabata and strength portions.
- Focus on maintaining good form and technique throughout the deadlifts and handstand push-ups.
