Tabata Strength Peg Board

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of Peg Board Ascents
    • 10 seconds of rest

Instructions:
Perform as many Peg Board Ascents as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on engaging your core and using your legs to drive the movement.


Notes:
Make sure to have a spotter or coach present when attempting the Peg Board to ensure safety and proper technique. If you are new to the Peg Board, consider scaling by using a box or other modification to practice the movement before attempting full ascents.
