  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort SkiErg
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength Portion:


  • 5 rounds for time:
    • 10 Deadlifts
    • 10 Box Jumps

Equipment:
- SkiErg
- Barbell for Deadlifts
- Box for Box Jumps


Instructions:
- For the Tabata portion, give it your all during the 20 seconds of work and utilize the 10 seconds of rest to recover.
- For the strength portion, choose a challenging weight for the deadlifts and a height for the box jumps that pushes you but allows for proper form.
- Focus on maintaining good form throughout the workout to prevent injury.
