  • Rope Climbs (4 minutes)
  • Front Squats (4 minutes)

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement, alternating between Rope Climbs and Front Squats. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) for each movement. Focus on maintaining good form and pushing yourself during the work intervals. Adjust the weight for the Front Squats to a challenging but manageable load for you.
