Tabata Cardio Slam Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternate between:
- Slam Ball Slams
- Burpees


Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Slam Ball Slams during the 20-second work intervals, then switch to Burpees during the next 20 seconds.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Complete 8 total rounds (4 rounds of each exercise).
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both exercises combined.
