Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Slam Balls
    2. Power Cleans

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Barbell


Instructions:
- Alternate between performing Slam Balls and Power Cleans for 8 rounds in a Tabata format.
- Use a challenging weight for the Power Cleans that allows for good technique throughout the workout.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
