Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for each of the following movements:
    • Slam Ball Cleans
    • Slam Ball Overhead Lunges

Equipment:
- 1 Slam Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible in 20 seconds for each movement, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Alternate between Slam Ball Cleans and Slam Ball Overhead Lunges for 8 rounds each.
- Score is total reps completed for both movements combined.
