Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Slam Ball Cleans

Instructions:
Perform as many Slam Ball Cleans as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Choose a challenging weight for the Slam Ball to ensure a high intensity workout.
