Tabata Cardio Slam Ball

Tabata Slam:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Slam Balls, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
  • Rest 1 minute between each round.

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
- Perform as many Slam Balls as possible during each 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds.
- The goal is to maintain a high intensity throughout all 8 rounds.
- Focus on proper form to prevent injury and maximize effectiveness.
- Adjust the weight of the Slam Ball as needed to ensure proper technique.
