Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

  • 20 seconds of Slam Balls
  • 10 seconds rest
  • Repeat for a total of 8 rounds

Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform as many Slam Balls as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total number of reps completed.
