Tabata Weightlifting Slam Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Slam Ball Cleans

Equipment:
- Slam Ball
- Weightlifting belt (optional)


Instructions:
Perform as many Slam Ball Cleans as possible in 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Focus on explosiveness and proper form throughout each round. Adjust weight as needed to maintain intensity.
