Tabata Cardio Slam Ball

Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest
  • Alternating between:
    • Slam Ball Slams
    • Cardio (e.g. Rowing, Running, or Assault Bike)

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Slam Ball Slams during the 20 seconds of work.
- Use the 10 seconds of rest to transition to the Cardio movement.
- Repeat for a total of 8 rounds, alternating between Slam Ball Slams and Cardio.
- Score is total reps completed.
