Tabata:


  • Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
  • Double Unders

Skill Focus:
- Spend 4 minutes alternating between 20 seconds of max effort wall balls and 10 seconds of rest.
- Followed by 4 minutes of max effort double unders, alternating 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between them every 4 minutes.
- Focus on maintaining good technique and efficiency throughout each round.
- Score is total reps completed for both wall balls and double unders.
