Tabata Skill RigTabata:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Double-unders
- Toes-to-bar
- Box jumps
Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) before moving on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. The goal is to work on skill development and efficiency in each movement during the Tabata intervals.

- Jump rope
- Box

Focus on quality movement patterns and technique during each Tabata interval. Push yourself to maintain consistency throughout the workout.
