    • 20 seconds of Double-Unders
    • 10 seconds of Rest

Equipment:
- Jump rope


Instructions:
Perform as many double-unders as possible in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before starting the next round. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Adjust the intensity as needed to maintain consistent effort throughout the workout.
