- Use this Tabata session to focus on your wall ball technique and efficiency. Aim to maintain a consistent pace and hit your target each rep.


Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of max effort wall balls followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes).
- Focus on hitting the target consistently and using your legs to generate power.
- Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the workout.
- Score is total number of wall balls completed across all 8 rounds.
