Tabata Skill Dumbbell

Tabata Workout:
- Dumbbell Snatches (alternating arms) x 8 rounds
- Dumbbell Thrusters x 8 rounds
- Dumbbell Renegade Rows x 8 rounds


Instructions:
- Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds.
- Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next.
- Choose a challenging weight that allows you to maintain good form throughout the Tabata intervals.
- Focus on technique and efficiency during each movement to improve your skill and proficiency with the dumbbell.
