Tabata:


  • Bench Press
  • Toes to Bar

Instructions:
Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds of each movement. Alternate between Bench Press and Toes to Bar for a total of 16 rounds. Focus on maintaining proper form and technique throughout each interval.

Adjust the weight on the bench press as needed to maintain proper form. Scale the toes to bar to knee raises or hanging knee raises if necessary.
