Tabata Skill DumbbellTabata Format (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest x 8 rounds):
- Dumbbell Snatches
- Dumbbell Overhead Lunges
- Dumbbell Push Press
- Dumbbell Renegade Rows
Equipment: 1 Dumbbell per athlete
Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust dumbbell weight as needed for skill development.
