  • Focus on pulling with maximum effort each round
  • Use a challenging resistance level
  • Score is total meters rowed

Strength Portion:


  • 5 sets of 5 Back Squats
  • Rest 2 minutes between sets
  • Increase weight each set, aiming for a heavy set of 5
