  • 8 rounds of:
    • 20 seconds of max effort SkiErg
    • 10 seconds of rest

Strength:


  • 5 sets of 5 Back Squats at heavy weight

Instructions:
- For the Tabata portion, push yourself to go all out during the 20 seconds of work and use the 10 seconds of rest to recover for the next round.
- After completing the Tabata, move on to the strength portion and focus on maintaining good form while lifting heavy weights for the Back Squats.
- Make sure to warm up properly before starting the workout and cool down/stretch afterwards.
