- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternate between max effort sprints and moderate pace
- Focus on powerful pulls and maintaining consistent form throughout
Strength Focus:
- After completing Tabata SkiErg, perform 5 sets of 5 Back Squats
- Increase weight each set, aiming for a heavy set of 5 by the final set
- Rest as needed between sets
Instructions:
- Warm up properly before starting the Tabata SkiErg portion
- Push yourself during the sprints, but maintain good technique
- Transition smoothly to the Back Squats and focus on proper depth and form
- Scale weight as needed for Back Squats to maintain good technique
- Cool down and stretch after completing the workout
