Tabata Strength Peg Board

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest
- Alternating between:
- Peg Board Climbs
- Power Cleans (#135 / #95)


Instructions:
- Perform as many peg board climbs as possible in 20 seconds, then immediately switch to power cleans for the next 20 seconds.
- Rest for 10 seconds between each round.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.


Notes:
- Scale peg board climbs to rope climbs or strict pull-ups if needed.
- Choose a weight for power cleans that allows for consistent movement throughout the workout.
