Tabata Weightlifting Kettlebell

Tabata Style:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest


Workout:
- Kettlebell swings
- Kettlebell goblet squats
- Kettlebell snatches
- Kettlebell lunges


Equipment:
- 1 kettlebell


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds. Choose a challenging weight for the kettlebell to push yourself during each round.
