Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Ring Muscle-ups


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving on to the next
- Score is total reps completed for each movement
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and form
