Tabata:


  • Double-unders
  • Handstand push-ups
  • Toes-to-bar
  • Pull-ups

Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) per movement. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Keep track of total reps completed for each movement.


Notes:
Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on quality of movement over speed.
