- Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Box Jumps (24/20 in)


Tabata Structure:
- 20 seconds of work
- 10 seconds of rest
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement before moving to the next


Notes:
- This workout will be intense with minimal rest, so pace yourself accordingly.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity throughout the workout.
