Tabata Gymnastics Rower

Tabata Intervals (20 sec work, 10 sec rest):
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Ring Muscle-ups
- Burpee Box Jumps


Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of each movement, alternating between exercises.
- Score is total reps completed across all 4 movements.
- Rest 1 minute between each Tabata interval.
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
