Tabata Gymnastics Kettlebell

Tabata Rounds (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest) for each movement:


  • Push-ups
  • Pull-ups
  • Handstand Holds
  • Toes-to-Bar

Equipment:
- Kettlebell


Instructions:
Complete each Tabata round for each movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed for each movement. Adjust difficulty as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
