Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds (4 minutes) before moving on to the next movement. Rest 1 minute between movements. Aim to maintain consistent reps throughout each round. Keep track of total reps for each movement.

Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity and proper form throughout the workout. Focus on quality movement patterns and push yourself during the work intervals.
