Tabata Gymnastics Dumbbell

Tabata Style (20 sec work, 10 sec rest x 8 rounds):
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Ring Dips
- Pull-ups


Equipment:
- Dumbbell for assistance on some movements


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total, alternating between the 4 movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust movement variations or scale as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
