Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Ring Dips
- Pull-ups


Equipment:
- Slam Ball


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete all 8 rounds of each movement before transitioning to the next. Score is total reps completed across all movements.


Notes:
Make sure to scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout. Focus on quality movement patterns to prevent injury.
