Equipment:
- Stationary Bike


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds. Rest 1 minute between each movement. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Optional: Substitute stationary bike for double unders or rowing if preferred.
