Tabata:


  • 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
    1. Pull-ups
    2. Handstand push-ups
    3. Toes-to-bar
    4. Ring dips

Equipment:
- Resistance Band


Instructions:
- Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
- Aim to push yourself during each work interval and focus on maintaining good form throughout.
- Score is the total number of reps completed across all 8 rounds for each movement.
