Tabata Gymnastics Rig

Tabata:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Ring Muscle-ups
- Hollow Rocks


Tabata Structure:
- 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- Complete 8 rounds (4 minutes) of each movement before moving to the next


Notes:
- Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout
- Focus on quality of movement over speed
- Keep track of total reps completed for each movement
