  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Burpees

Tabata Structure: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds per movement.


Instructions: Perform each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for a total of 8 rounds per movement. Try to maintain high intensity throughout each 20-second work interval. Make sure to scale movements as needed to maintain proper form and intensity.
