Instructions:
- Perform 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort work followed by 10 seconds of rest on the Assault Bike.
- Immediately transition to 8 rounds of 20 seconds of max effort Toes-to-Bar followed by 10 seconds of rest.
- Score is total calories on Assault Bike and total reps of Toes-to-Bar combined.

- Scale the Toes-to-Bar to Hanging Knee Raises or V-ups if needed.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout all rounds.
