Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement
- 1 minute rest between movements


Movements:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Ring Dips
- Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups


Equipment:
- Slam Ball (for rest periods)


Instructions:
Perform each movement for 20 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of rest, for a total of 8 rounds. Rest for 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed for each movement. Adjust movements or scaling options as needed to maintain intensity throughout the workout.
