Tabata Gymnastics Wall Ball

Tabata Circuit (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off):


  • Wall Ball Shots
  • Toes-to-Bar

Instructions:
- Perform as many reps as possible of Wall Ball Shots in 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then move on to Toes-to-Bar.
- Continue alternating between the two movements for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total reps completed across all rounds.
- Choose appropriate weights for the Wall Ball and scale the Toes-to-Bar if needed.
- Push yourself to maintain intensity throughout the entire Tabata circuit.
