Tabata Gymnastics Stationary Bike

Tabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
1. Handstand Push-ups
2. Toes-to-Bar
3. Ring Dips
4. Pull-ups


Equipment:
- Gymnastics Rings


Instructions:
Complete all 8 rounds of one movement before moving on to the next. Rest 1 minute between movements. Score is total reps completed across all movements. Adjust movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout the Tabata intervals.
