- Perform each movement for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for a total of 8 rounds.
- Score is total calories on the SkiErg and total reps for the gymnastics movements.
- Modify handstand push-ups to pike push-ups or push-ups as needed.
- Scale toes-to-bar to hanging knee raises if necessary.
