Tabata Gymnastics RowerTabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off) of:
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
Instructions:
Perform as many reps as possible of each movement in the 20-second work interval, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Complete 8 rounds total (4 rounds of each movement). Score is total reps completed.
Notes:
Ensure proper form and scale movements as needed to maintain intensity throughout all rounds.
