Tabata Gymnastics BenchTabata:
- 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for each movement:
- Pull-ups
- Handstand Push-ups
- Toes-to-Bar
- Burpee Box Jumps (24/20")
Instructions:
Complete each movement for 20 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds before moving on to the next movement. Repeat for 8 rounds for each movement. Score is total reps completed across all movements.
