Tabata Gymnastics Slam Ball

Tabata (8 rounds of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest):


  • Handstand Push-ups
  • Toes-to-Bar
  • Burpees over Slam Ball

Equipment: Slam Ball
Tabata Structure: 20 seconds of max effort followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds per movement.


Notes: Focus on maintaining good form throughout each movement, especially as fatigue sets in. Scale movements as needed to maintain intensity.
