  • Burpees Over Dumbbell

Instructions:
- Complete 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each movement.
- Alternate between Dumbbell Snatches and Burpees Over Dumbbell.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
