- Handstand Push-ups
Instructions:
- Perform 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes total) for each movement.
- Alternate between Wall Balls and Handstand Push-ups each round.
- Score is the total number of reps completed for both movements combined.
